Why choose this course

Understanding the Christian vocation in everyday life

The Christian faith is not only about what we profess; it also shapes the way we act, make choices, build relationships, and turn to God.

The course introduces the third and fourth parts of the Catechism of the Catholic Church, devoted to life in Christ and Christian prayer. It explores the human vocation to life in the Spirit, the meaning of the Ten Commandments, and the biblical foundations of prayer.

Through video lessons, concise materials, and self-assessment activities, you will come to understand Christian morality not simply as a set of rules, but as a response to God’s grace and a path of freedom, communion, and personal transformation.

1
Unit 1

The Vocation of Man: Life in the Spirit

The first unit presents moral action as an expression of the person’s relationship with God. You will explore the meaning of freedom, grace, moral law, and sin, learning to interpret human choices in the light of the call to life in Christ.

By the end, you will be able to recognize Christian morality as a free response to grace and as a path of growth in communion with God.

2
Unit 2

The Ten Commandments

The second unit explores the meaning of the Ten Commandments in the context of the Covenant and the Gospel. You will learn to understand them not only as precepts, but as guidance that directs freedom, safeguards human dignity, and leads daily choices toward love of God and neighbor.

By the end, you will be able to relate the commandments to concrete situations in Christian life.

3
Unit 3

Christian Prayer

The third unit introduces the biblical foundations of prayer and its central place in Christian life. You will explore prayer as a school, model, and means of an authentic relationship with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
